Juuuuuust a few things to consider when it comes to your sources for your child’s sleep…
I believe that when we do hard things, it’s always easier if we have a guide. Whether we want to lose weight, get out of debt, learn to cook or start a business, everything is easier when someone holds your hand and shows you the way.
This is what I do and it’s how I’ve run my business from the beginning. I want to ensure that you have the right answers when you need them and I want to be there to give you the encouragement you need to stay the course.
I will be there to celebrate the wins as well as recalibrate if your baby takes a few steps back. I am 100% committed to your success and will be there to walk alongside you for the entire process.
Everything I teach and believe in is based on the belief that every family deserves to be happy, healthy, and well-rested.
Together, let’s decode your baby’s unique sleep language, and step into a life where balance, joy, and restful nights are the norm. DM me to learn more or follow the link in my bio to set up a discovery call today!

🛑STOP 🛑 blaming your child’s poor sleep on the latest regression, and do this instead 👇
It’s obviously a frustrating turn of events when you’ve already gotten into a groove with your baby’s sleep; maybe they’ve been sleeping through the night and suddenly became restless without a clear cause. Now, you’re left scratching your head and wondering what can be done to return your bouncing babe to sound sleep.
First let me say CONSISTENCY is 🔑
Too much or too little sleep throughout the day impedes a baby’s ability to sleep well during the night. It’s important to balance your baby’s nap schedule in tandem with their primary sleep routine since napping plays a direct role in maintaining healthy sleep habits in general. Designing a nap schedule that complements your baby’s nightly sleep routine helps prevent regressive sleep patterns. Too much day sleep can cause night time wakes up as can too little day sleep.
At 18 months old, your baby has likely transitioned to a 1 nap per day routine. Typically at this age kids are going down for their nap around 12:00. Duration and time vary, but they should be getting a minimum of 2 hours of day sleep. Many toddlers at this age are sleeping up to 3 hours and that’s great as long as it doesn’t impede night sleep. Less than 2 hours isn’t enough to make it through the day without the dreaded late afternoon crankiness that results from an overtired toddler.
If your kiddo is either napping a lot or not enough, it may be that providing them with an attachment object is all it takes to help them feel comfortable, relaxed, and secure. A lovie like a soft blanket or cuddly plush toy can instantly become their best friend when it comes to taking a trip to dreamland.

That’s the age-old question, right?! Read more 👇
Whether you feed your baby two or five times overnight, one commonly asked question I get is, “When can I start dropping night feeds with my little one?” After all, one less night feed can allow you and your baby to get several additional hours of sleep per night.
It’s not always easy to determine how and when to do this, especially given that this process can look different for every family depending on your baby’s age, weight, and sleep goals. However, I’m going to share three common signs that indicate that your baby is ready for fewer overnight feeding sessions.
1️⃣Their weight gain is on track
2️⃣They feed at the same time every night and have been for several weeks or months
3️⃣ Their eating frequency hasn’t changed for the last 1-2 months
Always discuss with your child’s pediatrician to make the decision that’s best for your little one!

It was fun for a while, but now it’s not. Here’s what you can do 👇
😴 Be consistent in your bedtime timing and routines
😴 Set an appropriate bedtime and keep it (between 7:00-8:30 PM recommended)
😴 Create your bedtime routine and follow it in the same order each night
😴 Overcome bedtime stalling by giving your toddler their own timer to track their bedtime routine steps and implement a “last asks” into your routine
😴 Offer bedtime reminders, wear them out before bedtime, limit light and sound stimulation, and anticipate their (stalling) needs
😴 Make a naptime routine a consistent priority
Not sure you can do this without some help, coaching, or accountability?! I’d love to help you! Follow the link in my bio to set up a discovery call with me today!
