THEY’VE BEEN CHOSEN!!! We are delighted to officially introduce the public to Osborn’s three TEACHERS OF THE YEAR! Congratulations to Ms. Erin Tikovitsch (Osborn Middle School), Ms. Jill Singh (Montecito Community School), and Mr. Mark Deyette (Encanto Elementary), on their selection to represent our district as teachers of the year! These three outstanding educators will be celebrated at the Osborn Educational Foundation’s annual Teacher of the Year Celebration in October, and we cannot WAIT to show the world why they are so deserving of this award! Congratulations again to all three of these inspiring individuals!

Every senior in Basha High School's Early Childhood Education program has earned the nationally recognized Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential — a major achievement that highlights their dedication and professionalism.

Awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition, the CDA Credential certifies that these students are equipped to provide high-quality care and education to children from birth to age five. Earning this credential is no small feat: it requires over 120 hours of professional development, hands-on internship experience, passing a national exam, demonstrating workplace skills through an official observation, and completing a comprehensive professional portfolio. Way to go!
