Our rebrand and new digital experience began with a goal that went far beyond creating a new look. We wanted to help change how people feel (and what they understand) when they encounter palliative care.

Palliative care improves quality of life for people living with serious illness, yet it remains deeply misunderstood. Too often, it is associated only with end-of-life care or introduced when a family is already facing a crisis. That misunderstanding can become a real barrier to accessing valuable support.

Through clearer language, more human storytelling and a visual identity grounded in warmth, dignity and evidence, we set out to present palliative care for what it is: proactive, supportive care that helps people experience more comfort, more control and more quality days at home™.
