Discovery Learning Center has successfully served children since 1995. We are a tuition based, full-day program which works with Oswego County DSS to offer early education services. Our philosophy is that parents are their child's first and most influential teacher.We partner with parents to provide their child with an age appropriate environment in which they will learn and grow. We follow the NYS Early Learning Standards when implementing learning activities in our classrooms.
