It was an honor to share my story on the podcast! He is an amazing host!

I had the privilege of joining the Giyohnly1 Podcast for a heartfelt and informative conversation. I talked about my journey of undergoing 8 brain surgeries by the time I turned 8 years old and how those experiences have shaped my life. It was a profound moment to open up about the challenges I faced as a child and as an adult.

These struggles and pains have transformed me into a person dedicated to helping others through their own challenges as a Transformational Life Coach.

Everyone has a story, and mine is about moving mountains. I hope you enjoy this episode! If you'd like to reach out for coaching, connect with me on Instagram or visit my website at Movingmountainscoaching.com

“Why is peace so elusive?

🤍 Many of us were not taught that it’s ok to relinquish our desire to control every aspect of our lives trust and let go.

🤍 We haven’t learned to put down what we are not capable of carrying

🤍 We hold the belief that setting boundaries will somehow make us unlovable or undesirable

🤍 Self neglect has become our norm as we fight for our ability to make everyone around us happy while putting ourselves last
