Why run, walk or roll?

Because a morning on the trail can help support one person, one family, one neighbor and the stronger community that grows from there.

Valley of the Sun United Way works with local nonprofits across our community to help people find support when it is needed most, from emergency shelter and long-term resources to literacy programs, career pathways and food access.

Community partners play an essential role in helping students connect classroom learning with real-world experience.
Recently, we recognized two outstanding community partners, the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU and the Phoenix VA Hospital, with our annual awards in appreciation of their support, insight and commitment to experiential learning. We’re grateful for their partnership and look forward to another fantastic year of learning together.
