Mountain Pointe High School

We are excited to share that engineers and department leaders from Honeywell Aerospace Technologies visited Mountain Pointe High School's Engineering 3 class last week to provide valuable mentorship for the "Makers of Change Assistive Technology Challenge." This initiative empowers students to develop and pitch innovative adaptive technologies tailored for a local family with a child with special needs. The project, which commenced on August 19, 2024, will see its submissions reviewed on September 20, 2024. A special thanks to Mr. Bonds and his Engineering students for their dedication to this impactful community service design project.

As colleges and universities gear up for the new academic year, we want to take a moment to celebrate our incredible graduates! These outstanding students have been awarded over $66 million in scholarship funds and have earned more than 27,000 college credits while still in high school. We're incredibly proud of all they've accomplished and wish them the best of luck as they embark on their next journey.
