If you receive an email saying you have been selected for Community Assessment Testing, get tested. Because this is so important to the health of our community at large, it is required. By participating in Community Assessment Testing, you are helping to slow the spread of COVID-19, which ultimately can help our community move towards safe, in-person interactions. Visit bewell.asu.edu to learn more.

Be a leader in public health by encouraging your friends and family to contribute to a healthy society. First, explain to family and friends that following public health recommendations during holiday celebrations is crucial to helping others and helping us get closer to the end of the pandemic. Provide options for gatherings, such as remaining outdoors, being committed to wearing face coverings or meeting virtually. While it may be challenging to do so, remain firm in your own personal boundaries and model healthy behavior that will help slow the spread of COVID-19. And remember, get tested before winter break to ensure you don’t bring the virus home for the holidays. Visit bewell.asu.edu to learn more.

Testing a random sample of our community, whether or not they have symptoms, allows us to determine what proportion of our community has been infected. By making a commitment to get tested when selected, you are helping to keep our community healthy so we can isolate those who are positive to prevent new infections. Be sure to plan in advance in order to get tested within the timeframe you were given. Thank you for doing your part. Visit bewell.asu.edu to learn more.
