Metropolitan Arts Institute

The Gardening and Literature class transformed our downstairs garden space into a pollinator-friendly meditation garden. While learning desert gardening principles and reading texts such as The Secret Garden, students designed their dreamy garden filled with lantana, pomegranates, rosemary, vines, and more. They recently threw a garden party and taught their peers about building and caring for a garden. We are so proud of their hard work and thankful for their gift to the school!

Metro Arts Music Department has released a compilation album!

It features 40 tracks of original student music, including rock, electronica, experimental, singer-songwriter demos, and songs from our field trips to professional recording studios!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our young artists this weekend! Huge shoutout to our senior musicians for taking the stage at The Rebel Lounge -- an annual tradition at one of the country’s premier indie venues, recognized by Billboard as the Best Venue Under 500 Capacity in 2024.
