Try this at home: free, easy, inclusive, all-ages improv exercises for you to do with your household.
Below each video is a brief description of the exercise as well as some of the muscles it flexes. While our goal is to allow for fun and creativity, we also know that these exercises can help with communication skills, making eye contact and listening to those around us.

Big news! We've partnered with Banner Alzheimer's Institute for a pilot program. We'll be working with people with dementia and their care partners, using improv to navigate challenges, find new meaning, and to just enjoy life. Please share with anyone you think would benefit!

Our next workshop for youth and young adults on the Autism spectrum will be held on June 23rd from 2:00 - 3:30 PM. Family members are invited to attend as well for a fun afternoon filled with improv exercises and FUN!
