Congratulations to our very own Lindsey Thornton for joining the Board of Directors of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) Phoenix, a membership organization dedicated to supporting, connecting, and developing current and emerging nonprofit professionals across Arizona!

Through her board service, Lindsey helps strengthen opportunities for professional development, networking, and leadership growth within the nonprofit sector. In her role, Lindsey contributes to strategic planning, partnership development, and event leadership, helping bring together nonprofit professionals, community leaders, and organizations committed to advancing Arizona's nonprofit sector. Her involvement reflects a passion for building strong connections across the nonprofit community and creating pathways for the next generation of leaders, like herself, to thrive.

It's DAF Day, and your generosity can make a BIG impact right here in Arizona.

Did you know you can use your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) to support nonprofits across Arizona through AZGives.org?

Three things to know about DAFs

1. Give with purpose: A DAF lets you set aside charitable dollars and recommend donations to nonprofits you care about.
2. Keep it local: You can support Arizona nonprofits working in education, animal welfare, healthcare, the arts, and so much more using your DAF.
3. We make it easy: you can browse nonprofits and give directly from your DAF through AZGives.org, where you can sort by cause, mission, region, and more!

Did you know more people are embracing DAFs as a way to give back?
According to the 2025 Annual DAF Report from the DAF Research Collaborative, the number of DAF accounts reached a record 3.59 million in 2024, while contributions to DAFs jumped 38.6% to $90.57 billion. It's a powerful sign of how individuals and families can making charitable giving part of their long-term plans.

And those charitable dollars can make a difference right here in Arizona!

Big news for our team! 🎉

AZ Impact for Good’s own Alex Molina has been selected to join Valley Leadership’s Catalyze Class 6!

Over the next six months, Alex will learn alongside more than 100 leaders from across Arizona, exploring the issues shaping our state, strengthening his leadership skills, and building relationships with people committed to creating meaningful community impact.

We are excited to see Alex bring his experience and perspective to this impressive group, and we look forward to the ideas, connections, and insights he will bring back to AZ Impact for Good and the communities we serve.
