Our teacher spotlight is Ms. Nancy!

Ms. Nancy has been with Weekday for 8 years, all the way from New York. We have been lucky to have her in several age groups but currently she is with our 2’s turning 3 and absolutely loving this age. Previously she taught children with special needs, another passion of hers.

Nancy is a very busy bee 🐝 During the week you can find her running a women’s bible study and spending time with her two sons. On the weekends she is volunteering her time to several different organizations, which she calls her biggest blessing. Wave to Nancy if you see her in a marathon or on a hike, her two favorite hobbies.

Our teacher spotlight today is Ms. Marissa!

Our lead teacher Marissa has been with us for almost a year, she has jumped right in and has been fantastic. Marissa has 7 years of experience in child care and absolutely loves working with the one’s and two’s age group.

In addition to being a mom to two adorable kiddos she is also a plant mom. In her free time, she loves to have pool days and sing karaoke. Marissa has a huge heart for Friends of Fosters and volunteers as often as she can.

Teacher Spotlight 
 
Our teacher spotlight is one of our PreK assistants, Ms. Barb! Ms. Barb has been with us for almost 2 years. Before joining our team, she worked at a local school district in special education for 14 years.
 
In her free time, Barb enjoys taking hikes with her dog Booker, and spending time with her kiddos when they visit. Barb takes a bike ride every weekend with her husband. How cute is that?!
