How To Buy Real Estate or investment property without qualifying for mortgages.
Do you know what the most common problem real estate investors have? It’s getting financing to buy investment properties or real estate. Word on the street and in the investment world is if you want to buy investment property or real estate, the only way you can finance it is to have a large down payment and qualify for a mortgage. But that is only one way of buying or acquiring property.
What if you could learn about another way of buying or acquiring investment property or real estate? That is to have sellers call you and provide you with financing that you do not have to qualify for!
The way I’m talking about is acquiring investment property or real estate using an uncommonly used seller-financing technique.

This is a real estate market right now that is lucrative. The pre-foreclosure market. These are not homes or houses that have already been foreclosed on but are in the foreclosure process. Hence the name Pre – Foreclosures. There are folks out there who can no longer make their mortgage payments for any number of reasons and they are ready to move on.
