Big shoutout to the latest cohort of graduates from our Trades Build Futures Apprenticeship Readiness Program! Hard hats off to these 8 individuals who got a crash course in 15 different building trades, earned 3 industry-recognized certifications, and secured direct or prioritized entry into a participating union-affiliated apprenticeship program. As our student speaker Tyler Mickelson said during his graduation speech, they started this program looking for a job and walked out of their graduation ready to embark on a lifelong career. We look forward to watching them build a solid future in their respective trades!
