Meet Whisky!
Each week, some of our second graders have the opportunity to read to him while practicing their fluency and accuracy skills. Reading to a friendly therapy dog helps students build confidence, feel comfortable taking risks, and enjoy the reading process even more.
We are so proud of the incredible reading growth our students have made this year, and today we celebrated all of their hard work and dedication.
Programs like this are only possible because of the support of our amazing community members and partners. Their time, care, and involvement make a lasting impact on our students and help create meaningful learning experiences that build both academic skills and confidence.
Thank you for helping our students grow into stronger readers every day!

Our school band wrapped up the year on a high note with their final concert, and what an incredible performance it was!
Students showcased their hard work, growth, and dedication as they performed a variety of pieces that truly highlighted their talent and teamwork. From the first note to the last, it was clear how much progress they’ve made this year.
A huge thank you to Mr. Loveless for his guidance and support, and to our families and community for cheering on our students every step of the way. We are so proud of our musicians and can’t wait to see what next year brings

Our 6th grade students put their creativity and knowledge to the test by designing their very own 3D zoos! By combining what they’ve learned about ecosystems with their understanding of geometry, they created impressive projects that truly brought their learning to life.
This is a fantastic example of how concepts can connect across subjects in meaningful and engaging ways. Way to go, 6th grade—we are so proud of your hard work and creativity!

We are so proud of our students for their incredible work in CSI Arizona, a forensic science program that combines science and law to build skills in analysis, evidence gathering, and critical thinking. Through hands-on investigations, students applied both science and legal concepts to solve real-life scenarios, gaining authentic and engaging learning experiences.
We are excited to share that our school team won the CSI Arizona competition! This achievement reflects our students’ hard work, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to think like real forensic scientists.
Way to go, Mustangs! We couldn’t be more proud of your dedication and success.
