The ASA MUN Club sent 18 students (including 7 chairs and 11 delegates) to the Sonoran Desert Conference !

This conference served as a simulation of the actual with the same assemblies and topics. Both days, our team held their own in engaging in consensus building in their mock United Nations assemblies.

We also had some award recipients, including Liliana C, Miah M, and Isabel G! All ASA chairs and delegates did a great job representing our school and the interests of the world community in trying to solve a myriad of issues facing our planet today. A special shout out goes to ASA senior, Ian Elder, who is the MUN Club President and also helped run the entire conference as President of the General Assembly (the largest committee). Well done to all including ASA MUN Club faculty advisor, Mr. Huck!
