I recently got a promotion at work. My boss is a smart woman and knows talent and leadership when she sees it. I am now the Exective VP of Domestic Operations.
I hired two excellent employees, Rita, and Robbie. Rita does the sweeping and Robbie does the mopping. They are electrifying at work and are constantly on the move. They are so good that sometimes I think they are just like robots.
Neither one of them complains about the work load or pay.
They assured me that they are not going to create a union and will never go on strike.
Is this a great country or what?
