SHARP is a multi-faceted program designed for visually-impaired, elementary and middle school children.

This program is filled with a variety of activities to help develop hobbies, talents, friends and promote independence. The SHARP program is an open entry, open exit program for school age kids (kindergarten-high school) that are blind or visually impaired. During the school year SHARP is on Saturdays and there is also a 4-week long summer program.

Hello everyone,
The 11th annual Phoenix Regional Cane Quest event will be at FBC on Saturday, February 1st, 8:30 am-2:00 pm. Cane Quest® is a challenging orientation and mobility contest developed by Braille Institute of America, Inc. for students in grades 3-12. The contestants are given auditory instructions and challenged to complete secret routes in their community using proper travel techniques and appropriate cane skills.
