Altadeña PTSO

Join us for our first Family Fun Night at KTR Ahwatukee tomorrow!

We’re also kicking off a grade-level attendance competition! Across our three Family Fun Night events, the grade with the most total attendance will win a Movie in Advisory with snacks provided by PTSO! 🍿🎬

At each event, be sure to scan the QR code and select the grade you’re representing. Every family counts toward your grade’s total. Come out, have fun, and help your grade win! 🏆

Come play at KTR next Wednesday, September 23rd. We get 30% of the sales, so it’s a pretty great fundraiser. We’re excited about it! 🙌🏻

We also plan to track which grade level had the highest attendance and will provide a reward. Stay tuned for that.

The Panther Perk-Up Bar was in full swing today as teachers were wrapping up conferences. We enjoyed serving up iced coffee, dirty sodas, and sparkling water drinks. 🥤

Another teacher got tattoo’d! Thanks, Mrs. Argueta, for playing along and supporting our fundraiser. 😊

The PTSO extends a huge thank you to everyone who donated to this year’s fall fundraiser! While we came up short of our goal, we are incredibly grateful for the support and will work hard to make every dollar count as we create a wonderful year for our students and staff.

All Panther Parents are invited to our first PTSO meeting at 6 p.m. in the Staff Center, located in the library. Whether you have a lot of time to give or just a little, we’d love to have you join us. Many hands make light work, and getting involved with PTSO is a great way to support your student, our school, and the Altadeña community. We hope to see you there!

For every donation, students are entered in raffles for various prizes. One of the raffles is to “tattoo” a teacher. Check out these lucky teachers! 😉

Also, we are dangerously close to our next benchmark of $10K, which is “pie-a-teacher” at our next assembly. Keep those donations coming. We appreciate it SO much! 😁😍

The kids enjoyed their sweet treat at lunch today for reaching our first goal of $5,000!

We are at $8,105 right now. There’s still time to donate! The fundraiser goes until August 10th.
