Registration is now open for our 2026 season of Blitz flag football and Spirit Squad cheer! Evaluations and parent meetings will be in December before the holidays and only 1 is required. You can register and find more information on our website at flcfit.com/leagues. Registration closes December 8 to ensure we have uniforms in time. Can’t wait for another great year!

We are so excited for another season of Blitz Flag Football and Spirit Squad, and we are expanding! This is for children K-8th grade now. You can register your child on our website at flcfit.com/leagues. There, you will also find details about our parent meeting/evaluations coming up NEXT WEEK for football. (There are no evaluations for spirit squad.) We are hoping to have most of our teams filled by next week for evaluations so that everyone can enjoy the holidays. The FLC is 83,000 square feet of the finest blend of recreation and fitness opportunities for all ages in the city of Phoenix. In addition to five rooms of fitness equipment (resistance and cardio training) the FLC also offers:

Birthday Parties at the Family Life Center

Group Fitness Classes
Membership to the FLC grants you access to Group Fitness classes. These classes are designed to provide you with a safe, effective and fun workout. Classes are offered at a variety of fitness levels and are spaced conveniently throughout the morning and evening. Classes include step aerobics, hi-low, pilates, yoga, senior classes, SilverSneakers®, stretch, stability ball, cardio, power pump, T'ai Chi and a host of resistance classes.

We provide certified instructors with up-to-date knowledge in their field that strive for excellence in their classes. Instructors also lead a short devotion time and we pray together in every class. Personal Training
The FLC can help set up a personal fitness program designed just for you and match you with the right personal trainer.

Senior Fitness Programs

SilverSneakers® is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic Family Life Center membership at no cost. The program includes use of our basic attractions and access to the signature SilverSneakers® class. The program is typically offered to adults age 65 or older, or in some cases, those of any age deemed disabled and receiving Medicare.

Children’s Sports Programs:

The children’s sports programs promote both skill and character development through dynamic programs that focus on developing the “winner” in every child by promoting salvation, character, and self-esteem. For more information, please email Courtney at [email protected].

Blitz Flag Football
Blitz flag football is geared to help youth build strong foundational skills in football, strong relationships, self-esteem and to challenge their faith. For children in K-6th grades. The 2021-22 season runs from Dec. 4th-Feb. 11th.

Spirit Squad
For children in grades K-6th. Spirit squad focuses on building teamwork, character, and self-esteem through cheer.

Hoops Basketball
For boys and girls in grades K-6th. Hoops is here to develop the winner in every child by promoting salvation, character, and self-esteem through the game of basketball. The 2022-23 season runs from March 25th-May 20th.

Kicks Soccer
For children in K-6th grades. Focuses on building character and teaching the fundamentals of the game of soccer, while also teaching them more about Christ.


Children's Summer Camps:

Super Summer Bible Camp
Super Summer Bible Camp runs for nine weeks during the summer and strives to teach children about Christ and His love for us. The camp is open for children entering K to 7th grade. The weekly activities include Bible study, prayer time, crafts, roller skating, gym games, table games, board games, field trips and much more! The staff at Super Summer Bible Camp is dedicated to building relationships with the children and helping the them build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Marriage Conference!!!
Join us next Friday and Saturday for enriching marriage exercises, plenty of laughter, food, and SO much more!

Our guest speaker will be Ted Cunningham. He is known for his Focus on the Family broadcast, being a comedian on the Date Night Comedy Tour and speaking at conferences across the country!

Former NFL Quarterback John Kitna is in the house!!! We are so excited for THIS SUNDAY! Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Jon Kitna, will be in the building! Not only will he be preaching on Sunday morning, but he will be hosting our Men's Ministry Kickoff!

If you have a son, bring him with you! This would be a great father/son experience!

Join us Sunday morning in the Worship Center at 9am or 10:30am! Men, meet in the Fellowship Center, next to the FLC, at 5 PM for food, fellowship, football, and more!
