What makes this journey so special is that it’s about so much more than preschool. Through two-generation education, families are supported along a pathway of growth. From early learning and parent education to long-term opportunities that can lead to higher education, career pathways and a stronger future for the whole family. 🌱✨

Watching both parents and children learn, grow, and support one another along the way is a beautiful reminder of why this work matters so deeply.

Meet our Board Secretary, Kim Schulze ✨

Raised in Arizona with 20+ years in financial services, Kim brings a thoughtful, strategic lens to everything she does. Her passion for education and empowering women has guided her leadership and now her support of Arizona families through A Stepping Stone Foundation. 📚

Outside of work, Kim finds joy in travel, photography, and the arts, always embracing creativity and connection along the way. 🎭📸✈️
