Last night, the Governing Board proudly recognized Mrs. Deborah Hurlbert for more than 30 years of dedicated service to the students and families of the Balsz District. ๐
Mrs. Hurlbert began her journey with the district in 1993 at Balsz Elementary School and later continued her career as a beloved Kindergarten teacher at David Crockett Elementary School after Balsz closed.
For generations of students, Mrs. Hurlbert has been a caring teacher, a positive role model, and a source of joy in the classroom. Her kindness, dedication, and love for teaching have left a lasting impact on countless children and families.
Last night, Mrs. Hurlbert celebrated this special milestone by ringing her retirement bell! ๐โจ
