Thunderbird High School AZ

On 23 May 2026, THS NJROTC traveled to Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale to place flags on veterans' graves in preparation for a Memorial Day remembrance ceremony. An annual tradition for THS NJROTC, cadets walked through the cemetery and placed a flag on all grave markers that mentioned military service. The event was led by the unit Operations Officer C/ Aiden Hackett, and more than 20 cadets participated. THS NJROTC was joined in the event by NJROTC cadets from Glendale and Apollo, as well as a couple of scout troops, making this a true community event. Well done (bravo zulu) cadets!

This year, 324 graduates crossed the stage and earned over $9.5 million in scholarships. We are proud of all they have accomplished and excited for what comes next.
