Our after-school clubs give scholars a wonderful chance to discover and grow their talents beyond the classroom. 🎨✨

One of our scholars has truly blossomed in art club—her creativity, confidence, and joy for creating shine more and more each week. We have no doubt she could be a famous artist one day!

We love seeing our students find their passions and believe in their potential. 💛

The drama club’s production of Shrek is sounding absolutely amazing! 🎭💚 Every rehearsal shows just how much talent, heart, and hard work our students are pouring into this show.

We are so very proud of each and every actor and actress for their courage and commitment on stage—not to mention the incredible teachers and staff behind the scenes who make it all possible. This is truly a team effort, and it shows!

We can’t wait to see it all come together on performance night! 🌟

🎄🚆 A Magical Polar Express Day at Palm Lane Elementary 🚆🎄

Holiday cheer filled Palm Lane Elementary today as PNA hosted a joyful Polar Express Experience for our PreK–3rd grade scholars. Students soaked in the magic by watching The Polar Express, dressing up as Santa, posing for photos with Santa homself, and exploring the museum filled with amazing wonders. The excitement didn’t stop there—each scholar was surprised with a special toy and two books to take home and treasure.

It was a heartwarming day full of smiles, wonder, and unforgettable memories, and we are so thankful to PNA (Positive Network Alliance) for creating such a special experience for our youngest scholars. You truly are game changers! ❤️

🎁✨ Today we want to express our deepest gratitude for Operation School Bell. Their generosity reaches far beyond clothing — they change lives one bag at a time. Each bundle of new clothes gives our scholars confidence, comfort, and a sense of pride as they walk into school ready to learn. We are so thankful for the kindness they share with our Palm Lane family and the lasting impact they make on our community. 💙👕🧥

🎄✨ Today’s Spirit Day was pure Christmas magic! Our scholars and staff showed up as their very favorite holiday characters, and let us tell you — we truly have the most wonderful characters in town! From festive elves to joyful Santas, every smile lit up Palm Lane in the best way. We’re so grateful that these amazing kids and staff call Palm Lane home. ❤️💚

CSD is proud to recognize National Special Education Day on December 2, 2025.

This day honors the progress and achievements of students with disabilities and highlights the work being done to ensure each child’s success. CSD is committed to creating an inclusive environment where students of all abilities can grow, thrive, and succeed.

December 2 is recognized as National Special Education Day because it coincides with the same day the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act was signed into law in 1975.
