As we close another semester of WeGrad, we are proud to celebrate a very special collaboration alongside Teach For America, Gateway School, and Loma Linda School.

This program brought together middle school families to explore the transition into high school and beyond, helping students and parents better understand the path toward future success and higher education.

Throughout these weeks, families shared delicious meals together, participated in meaningful conversations during an incredible family panel, and ended the program with an emotional graduation celebration.

Thank you to Teach For America for your trust and partnership, to Creighton School District for your support, and to every family, facilitator, student, and speaker who made this experience possible.

With this celebration, we officially close another semester of WeGrad. 💛🎓

Al cerrar otro semestre más de WeGrad, nos llena de orgullo celebrar una colaboración muy especial con Teach For America, Gateway School y Loma Linda School.

Este programa reunió a familias de middle school para explorar la transición hacia la High School y más allá, ayudando a estudiantes y padres a comprender mejor el camino hacia el éxito y la educación superior.

Durante estas semanas, las familias compartieron deliciosas comidas en familia, participaron en conversaciones muy significativas en un increíble panel familiar y cerraron el programa con una emotiva ceremonia de graduación.

Gracias a Teach For America por su confianza y colaboración, a Creighton School District por su apoyo y a cada familia, facilitador, estudiante y panelista que hicieron posible esta experiencia.

Con esta celebración, cerramos oficialmente otro semestre de WeGrad. 💛🎓

It feels like yesterday when we welcomed our families to the WeGrad program's introductory sessions.

Today, we are proud to celebrate three more schools joining our WeGrad graduates this fall: Carl Hayden High School, Central High School, and La Joya Community High School.

Throughout these weeks together, families and students learned how to navigate the path toward college and saw that access to higher education is truly possible.

Congratulations to all of our WeGrad graduates and families. Your journey is just beginning. And thank you to our incredible facilitators and school communities for the dedication and support that made all of this possible. 🎓

Parece que fue ayer cuando dimos la bienvenida a nuestras familias en las sesiones introductorias del programa WeGrad.

Hoy, nos llena de orgullo celebrar que tres escuelas más se unen a nuestros graduados de WeGrad este semestre: Carl Hayden High School, Central High School y La Joya Community High School.

A lo largo de estas semanas juntos, familias y estudiantes aprendieron a recorrer el camino hacia la universidad y vieron que el acceso a la educación superior sí es una realidad.

Felicidades a todos nuestros graduados y familias de WeGrad. Su camino apenas comienza. Y gracias a nuestros queridos facilitadores y comunidades escolares por la gran labor y dedicación que hicieron posible todo esto. 🎓

Want to see how the HMDP Class of 2026 celebrated their graduation?

We started the morning with breakfast as families came together and enjoyed a beautiful performance by Mariachi Rubor, an all-female group that delivered an outstanding rendition of our national anthem.

We were joined by outstanding HMDP alumni, recognized our HMDP students graduating from ASU, and awarded three scholarships to HMDP graduates who will be joining ASU.

And of course, Sparky showed up to bring the Sun Devil spirit to life.

A day full of meaningful moments for our students and families.

¿Quieres ver cómo celebró su graduación la Clase HMDP 2026?

Comenzamos la mañana con un desayuno en familia, mientras disfrutábamos de una hermosa presentación de Mariachi Rubor, un grupo conformado por mujeres que interpretó nuestro himno nacional de manera excepcional.

También contamos con la presencia de exalumnos destacados de HMDP, reconocimos a nuestros estudiantes de HMDP que se gradúan de ASU y otorgamos tres becas a graduados de HMDP que asistirán a ASU.

Y, por supuesto, Sparky estuvo presente para transmitir el espíritu Sun Devil.

Un día lleno de momentos significativos para nuestros estudiantes y familias.

🎓HMDP Graduation Ceremony | Class of 2026 🎓

300 people joined us to celebrate this moment. 235 students completed the HMDP program, and 127 will start as Sun Devils this fall.

What makes this special is the journey. These students started in 9th grade with their families. Four years later, they graduate more confident, more informed, and ready to take the next step.

On behalf of the Access ASU Family Programs team, we are proud of every student and family who made this possible.

300 personas nos acompañaron para celebrar este logro. 235 estudiantes completaron el programa HMDP y 127 comenzarán como Sun Devils este otoño. Lo que hace especial este logro es el proceso. Estos estudiantes empezaron en 9no grado junto a sus familias. Cuatro años después, se gradúan con más confianza, más información y listos para dar el siguiente paso.

Over 80 HMDP senior families joined us yesterday for a powerful workshop. 🎓

Students connected with TRIO SSS and explored the support and resources available to them at ASU. They also heard from current ASU students in a panel, where they asked questions and gained real insight.

Families walked away with clear next steps for starting at ASU, including key topics like housing and transportation.

Thank you to the Access ASU team for their continued support in making these opportunities possible.

Más de 80 familias de seniors de HMDP nos acompañaron ayer en un taller muy especial. 🎓

Los estudiantes conocieron los recursos y apoyo de TRIO SSS y participaron en un panel con estudiantes de ASU, donde pudieron hacer preguntas y obtener una visión real de la experiencia universitaria.

Las familias también recibieron los próximos pasos para comenzar en ASU, incluyendo temas clave como vivienda y transporte.

Gracias al equipo de Access ASU por su continuo apoyo para hacer posible estas oportunidades.

Están a un paso de graduarse de HMDP y a un paso de convertirse en Sun Devils. 🔱

Each grade received guidance tailored to their journey, from understanding high school decisions and preparing for what comes next, to exploring how to pay for college and experiencing ASU through a campus tour.
