Such a wonderful time had by all! Our Christmas Pajama Party was a hit! We made cone Christmas trees🎄, reindeer🦌food, watched Christmas movies📽️ played some holiday games, and had a visit from Santa🎅 and Mrs. Claus🤶!

Our Annual Pajama & Book Drive is off to a good start! Please help us fill our donation box with new pj’s (all sizes, all seasons) and new books. Our drive ends this Friday, December 2nd, so if you would like to donate, please do so by 9pm 12/02/2022. I can also pick up if you are unable to deliver.

Today starts our Annual Pajama & Book Drive for children in crisis. Please help us fill the box full of NEW pj’s & NEW books. All donations go to Pajama Program, Phoenix Chapter. Collections will continue through December 2nd.

It’s our “Gift of Giving” time of year! Our Annual Food Drive is in full swing now through this Friday, November 18th. If you would like to help us fill our food drive box, please drop off any non-perishable foods anytime between now and 8 pm on Friday, 11/18/2022. Thank you and God Bless!

Our Annual “Noon”. Year’s Eve Party!

From October we are inundated with Christmas decorations and festivities. Unfortunately this can have an adverse effect on children who struggle with change and sensory overload. The stress of it all can build up for a child. They may not react straight away and it can show up several days later as difficult behaviour. This behaviour is easy to label as "naughty" or "defiant" but this time of year can just so overwhelming that we need consider the impact on our little people. Blinking lights, glittery objects, sound making trinkets, changes in routine, these can wear down the senses over time without anyone even realizing what it was.

We all have lives outside of childcare, and sometimes our lives can be very heavy.

We can be facing some tough and scary things, but we keep showing up because we know that we have people counting on us.

We still see the children that need our love and patience, and we dig deep to give them that because we are caregivers; that is what we were created to do.
