Amanda Morari’s ELA 1-2 classes demonstrated their acting chops as they dawned costumes and reinterpreted scenes from William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night.

Junior Lainey Johnson and Senior Zoe Haan made their way to the quarter finals of the AIA Beach Volleyball doubles tournament.

In the program's third season, Zoe and Lainey are stand outs who took the program to new heights! We are of them and Coach Amber Geer.

The Boys Volleyball Team had their best season ever this year - Placing Second in the 6A Central Region, Making it to their first-ever playoff game, and have 3 boys make the All Region Team, we are

Tyler Stock, Nathan Brown, and Mason Cooley were all named First Team, All Region.

Mickey Gerdes, Darren Desmond, and Owen Hillis also received All Region recognition!

Sunnyslope AP Statistics students were treated to healthy breakfast treats provided by their teacher, Heidi Baker this morning before they sat for the AP Exam. Sunnyslope is in the process of administering over 1100 AP exams for the '24-'25 school year.

We Love D-Love!

Yesterday was "D-Love" Day at Slope. The school was abuzz wearing Polo shirts, Sunglasses, Taking Rides in the Golf Carts, and Making it a Great Day, yesterday.

Dr. John Lovell, Dean at Slope since 2014 is retiring at the end of this school year. The student body and staff wanted to pay homage to him and a great time was had by all!

Student Council Sponsored "Lemons into Lemonade Day" today.

Students who arrived to school early for help from teachers, received coupons to exchange for lemonade and cookies at lunch.

The end of the school year is coming up and we want all of our students to get across that finish line and be !

The staff at Sunnyslope is always available to help students reach their goals! Students can meet staff before or after school for additional assistance, and The Viking Center is open for tutoring before and after school as well!

We honored our Seniors earlier this week at Senior Honors night. Students were recognized for outstanding performances across all school content areas, from electives to core classes. We also recognized scholarship recipients as well.

We also entertained our families with carnival activities -- a great time was had by all!

Film & TV was great at the Glendale Union High School Film Festival last week! As a school we walked away with 8 awards which was double what any of the other schools won!
