Common Sense Posture

Common Sense Posture Somatic training is a process in which one learns to embody new living practices in order to achieve desired results physically, emotionally and mentally.

Align with Nature. Learn how to trust your biology. Many people have blind spots regarding their posture, habitual physical movements and thought patterns. This can result in physical pain, tensions, unmet goals, learning struggles and interpersonal difficulties. Through Somatic Body and Brain Coaching, an individualized and holistic approach that brings a body forward perspective to change and transformation, it is possible to begin to move and carry oneself more naturally and purposefully in the world. In this partnership one can begin to identify and unlock issues that are a source of chronic pain, learn how to develop stress resilience utilizing the most-up-to date brain and body science based tools, tap into creativity and strengthen ones performance as an artist, dancer, athlete or musician.

This is great! I love using brain science with our couples. It helps create a new sense of empowerment as they discover there’s a “neurology underneath love”. This will be a great addition alongside the model brain I have them hold. The 3-pound universe :)
