Whittier School Groups of the 70's

Don't know if you guys seen this. I was reminded by Tina McGillvery and Mike Tate. Wanted to make sure everyone seen it.

Fellow Warriors. I found out this weekend, we lost one of our Warriors. Bill Newsome passed back in 2014. He was a personal friend of mine. Wished I had decided to look for him earlier. Bill was a great guy and friend. At his passing still working, and helping the homeless and others with other problems. Bill will be missed in this world. R.I.P. Fellow Warrior and Friend.

Went by our old school yesterday, and everytime I do I then have to cruise the old neighborhood.

You know I was sitting back tonight listening to 70s soul and R&B. Reminded me of our school dances, and times like field day and just good times with my schoolmates. I hope you all are doing well.

At this crazy time, with the Pandemic and all. I would like to wish all my classmates, and all warriors a Happy and Safe and Healthy Memorial Day. I want to give thanks to all that was involved in anyway for or freedom. Also seeing the trouble in the world, I am thankful for the fantastic classmates I have. We all seen each other as friends. As I ride down the road this morning on my Harley, life is great. Enjoy.

Kinda cool. I went to little resturant that I normally don't always go to. Us Whittier Warriors even though we are apart, we wonder how our other school pals are doing. While there I kept looking at this guy, and asked the waitress is his name Robert and she said yes. He's a nice guy. When he stood up I said Robert Schroeder. He smiled and said Bill Grant. We talked for about a 1/2 hour. Good to know he is better.

To all my schoolmates, the will be a Central Cruise coming up at Park Central. Sure would like to see you there. I have talked to some classmates that will be there. Hope to see you. 4-6-2019. 10am to 6pm

To my Whittier Warrior Family, cause that is really what we all are. Happy New Year. It was funny this morning I was reminiscing of years gone by, flipped on the stereo and Michael Jackson's song I'll be there was playing. I reminisced about the dances we had in the Lunch Room LoL.
