So many of the beliefs we live by…
aren’t actually ours.
They were passed down, projected onto us, or picked up as protection.

Things like:
• “I have to earn love.”
• “It’s my job to keep the peace.”
• “If I’m not useful, I’m not lovable.”

None of that is your truth.
But it feels true, because it started young and went unchallenged.

Healing is the process of giving that weight back.
Of saying:
“This isn’t mine.”
“I don’t have to carry this anymore.”
And finally feeling what’s underneath it all… you.
