Our Story

We fully subscribe to the traditional Martial Arts philosophy of, "the only fight you win is the one you avoid".

Our training program is a comprehensive traditional system of Chinese Kung Fu, designed to provide our students with practical self-defense capabilities for real-life situations. With skill sets including blocking and striking with the hands and feet, joint locking techniques, body-control and throwing techniques combined with study of traditional Chinese Kung Fu forms, we strive to provide our students with a variety of self-defense options, enabling them to use the appropriate amount of force necessary to subdue any attacker and effectively handle any situation.
Traditional Kung Fu also includes a variety of Chinese martial weapons, the practice of which develop strength, stamina, coordination, concentration, and the ability to use anything as a self-defense weapon if necessary.
