Students who plan to graduate with honors, begin their Honors Capstone Project in the Spring of their junior year. They choose a topic in the area of their chosen concentration (Fine Arts, Humanities, STEM or Spiritual Leadership Formation) and spend their senior year researching, planning and executing their projects which culminate in the Capstone Faculty Presentations. This past Monday we celebrated our incredibly bright and talented high school students at the annual Honors Ceremony. We honored students who excel in the classroom, students who demonstrate curiosity, grit, resilience, and kindness. Several memorial scholarships were presented like the Kristin Nicoll Memorial Scholarship and the Van Hofwegen Memorial Scholarship. Also the Rogers family gave a college scholarship to a student pursuing a career in health science. The seniors have earned over 2.6 million in scholarships and are headed to over 18 different colleges and universities. We are so proud of the rigor of our classes and our highly qualified teachers who pour into our students each day.
