City of Refuge Ministries

City of Refuge ministries was founded by Brother Bernabé NC García, Jr., with the blessing and support of Rev. Bernabé G. García. Bernabé NC García, Jr.

City of Refuge Ministries was founded by Rev. in order to be able to reach out to the "marginal" people that other churches were not willing or able to minister to. Ministries were started wherever a need surfaced for spiritual counsel and support. Currently there are City of Refuge ministries in:

Prescott, Arizona: Eagles' Nest Ministries
Assistant Pastor: Marcos Carrillo
