Please join the Indian Legal Program and ASU NALSA at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law for ASU Indian Law Day next Friday, November 22, 2024!
We will have a day filled with community and learning about the law school process from firsthand perspectives of other Indigenous students. This event will include a discussion with admissions and financial aid, a private lunch and discussion with current NALSA members, a mock class with an Indian Legal Program professor, and small group tours of the law school.
This event is intentionally planned for our Indigenous Sun Devil family (Undergraduates, Graduates, and recent Grads - All majors are welcome).

ASU Law is proud to host Solicitor Robert Anderson! Join us on Monday, Oct. 28 from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in room 450 at the law school.
Solicitor Anderson is a law professor with extensive experience in American Indian law, public land, and water law. He is an enrolled member of the Bois Forte Band of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe. He taught at the University of Washington School of Law and directed its Native American Law Center for the past twenty years. For over a decade he has been an annual visiting professor at Harvard Law School. He served as the Associate Solicitor for Indian Affairs and Counselor to the Secretary under Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt. He began his career as a staff attorney for the Native American Rights Fund.

Emily Robinette, rising 3L, is currently serving as a summer associate at Fennemore, where she has contributed to projects on real estate and development matters, as well as bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Robinette has sat in on arbitration and observed oral arguments at the state Supreme Court and appeals level. She enjoys being part of a firm that excels in a diverse range of legal specialties, giving her exposure and experience for her legal future.
