Today I would like to thank and celebrate our parent liaison, Javier Fragoso and all of our parent volunteers for helping with popcorn yesterday. It was a great event and the students seem to really enjoy it! Thank you for helping it run smoothly. Congratulations to all our students on a fantastic year! You worked so hard and it showed. We are incredibly proud of you 👏🏽

Drumroll! Our quest 4 winners were Ms. Huber, Ms. Noble, and Ms. Dale! They were awarded a class astronaut 👩🏽‍🚀

There were so many students out and about today looking for astronauts! It was such a fun way to spend our final Borman bucks. Congratulations to all.

Congratulations to all our scholar of the month. We celebrated you with a beautiful breakfast this morning. Thank you for working so hard a year and for being a positive role model on our campus.

Today, I want to celebrate some of our incredible 8th grade students and the collective effort it took to get them here. To every teacher who has nurtured these scholars—from Kindergarten through 8th grade—you have played a vital role in launching them into their futures.

We are so proud to announce the following high school placements:

19 Students accepted to the Maryvale Gifted and Talented Academy

16 Students accepted to Metro Tech

2 Students accepted to Phoenix Coding Academy

A special thank you goes out to our 8th-grade team. Your tireless work with letters of recommendation, application support, and constant encouragement has truly paid off. Thank you for helping our students reach these heights!

Today our school is celebrating all of our students that took the AZELLA language test. Any student who made growth on their test got a ticket to a food truck! Good job to all our English Language Learner students! You are working so hard.

HAPPY TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK! Borman has something many amazing teachers and this week we have been doing a great job of celebrating them.
On Monday we had Popo's Mexican food for lunch.
On Tuesday we had Sweet Treats provided by our wonderful administration.
On Wednesday we had LuAna's Coffee Cart.

Finally today! What a wonderful day! Walmart sponsored breakfast for our teachers and our families are providing lunch for our wonderful teachers.

If you haven’t had a chance to wish your child’s teacher a happy teacher appreciation week. Please do so. They work very hard to ensure your child achieves their best every day. Thank you teachers.

School Dance for our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will be on May 13th! 🌸🌼💃🏽🕺🪩
You must have a signed permission slip to attend. It will be May 13th from 4:30-6pm.
