Food truly brings people together! This past week, the Culinary Club and Japanese club students came together to learn the fine art of cooking Japanese tonkatsu-- a beloved dish of crispy fried chicken coated in Panko breadcrumbs, served with white rice, fresh cut cabbage, and drizzled in a Japanese sauce of choice.

Culinary sponsor Mike Mendoza demonstrated the entire process at the start, and then the culinary team walked the Japanese students through the entire process, making sure the dish came out perfectly. It was a delicious and fun opportunity for both clubs!
