KidsPark is seeking a part-time Shift Lead at our energetic center at 12635 N. 48th St (East of Paradise Valley Mall next to Best Buy). This locally owned KidsPark branch is proud to offer unique childcare solutions for modern families, and a flexible preschool program. Competitive pay and a $250 signing bonus!
PLEASE NOTE​
-Staff are required to work a minimum of one weekend shift per month. We are currently only evaluating candidates with weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
-Implement play-based, child-directed programs for both preschool and school age children in a mixed age facility.
-Contribute to program development by offering creative and enriching art and movement activities.
-Maintain the high quality of our center thru personalized care of each child.
-Serve meals and snacks.
-Clean & Sanitize the center to maintain COVID-19 cleaning standards.
Qualifications:
-Preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education/child development or a minimum of 6 months previous related experience with verifiable references.
-Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats.
-Interpersonal communication skills that demonstrate warmth and empathy for adults and children.
-Available to work a weekend and/or evening shift.
