This is a great article to help explain why you may not be losing the weight you think you should be. Check out the formula at the bottom to find out your Net Calorie Burn for walking and running. For example, it would take me 8 miles of walking to burn off a venti mocha frap from the 'bucks. And that's without whipped... cream. That would be another 2.4 miles. On the bright side, it's only 5 miles of running.
