Ten Times Better Let me help you redefine & redesign the educational experience for yourself, your students & school.

I have been an educator for over 26 years both in the classroom and in administration. Teaching is one of the greatest professions on earth and I desire to encourage, uplift, and help teachers, administrators, parents and students redefine and redesign the educational experience so that purpose can be discovered. You were created for more—more purpose, more clarity, more growth. Ten Times Better exists to build the capacity of students, educators, and leaders. When we redefine and redesign the educational experience for both teachers and learners, excellence becomes something we cultivate—not chase. We are here to encourage the educator’s heart and spirit, strengthen the mind and practice, and serve as an engaging thought partner in growth. Through positive culture, purposeful design, and faith-filled inspiration, we help students and teachers see their own potential and discover their God-given purpose. We develop servant leaders who think critically, act purposefully, and reflect God’s integrity in every area of life.

When I started serving people, I started valuing people and valuing what teamwork was all about. That’s when I really started to be fulfilled in my life!

Most successful people have self-confidence. And here’s what I’ve learned: when people on your team see confidence in you, they begin to borrow your confidence and start believing in themselves!

Bringing hope into our classrooms, schools, and communities is imperative.

Educators often bear the brunt of their students' circumstances, whether they know what those circumstances are or not.

This DOES NOT excuse the behavior or even make it easier to manage. But it does mean you don't have to beat yourself up about it.

Thank you, teachers. 🧡

I love this quote from Jim Rohn!

Let what you’re learning overflow into how you live your life and lead those around you — take action, my friends.

A survey of over 3000 employers asked what the most desired skills are in their organizations, and unsurprisingly, test-taking didn't make the list.

I'm not anti-test, but I do think they get way too much attention. Imagine if these traits received as much focus in school.

What impact would that have on students?

What impact would that have on society?
