When I started serving people, I started valuing people and valuing what teamwork was all about. That’s when I really started to be fulfilled in my life!

Most successful people have self-confidence. And here’s what I’ve learned: when people on your team see confidence in you, they begin to borrow your confidence and start believing in themselves!

Bringing hope into our classrooms, schools, and communities is imperative.

Educators often bear the brunt of their students' circumstances, whether they know what those circumstances are or not.

This DOES NOT excuse the behavior or even make it easier to manage. But it does mean you don't have to beat yourself up about it.

A survey of over 3000 employers asked what the most desired skills are in their organizations, and unsurprisingly, test-taking didn't make the list.

I'm not anti-test, but I do think they get way too much attention. Imagine if these traits received as much focus in school.
