🚛 We recently welcomed a group from the Boys & Girls Club to Southwest Truck Driver Training!

These teens had the opportunity to learn more about the transportation industry, explore our training equipment, and see firsthand what a career in trucking can look like.

Exposing students to different industries is an important part of helping them discover the many career paths available after high school. Whether they choose trucking, skilled trades, healthcare, technology, or another field, early career exploration helps them make informed decisions about their future.

Thank you to the Boys & Girls Club for visiting our campus and allowing us to share the opportunities available in the transportation industry. We enjoyed having you here!

The highway bill is moving, and the next stretch may be the toughest.

After advancing through the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, the BUILD America 250 Act now heads into a more complicated phase, with questions around House floor timing, Senate action, funding, and key policy provisions still ahead.
