This young man amazed us last week with how much he has grown and improved! He started when he was probably 5! Now he’s in high school and he’s now earned his brown belt and we’re excited to watch his continuing transformation!

Enjoying some of the videos from last weekend's black belt review. Here's Nicholas doing Form Sparring. What you're not seeing is the 15 black belts in line to support Nicholas and let him unleash some power. This drill teaches you to act immediately against a threat with decisive moves. Doing them in quick succession keeps the defender from being able to "plan" a defense. It also teaches control.
