View TV news coverage of the inaugural LeadingAge Arizona Fitness Challenge in Phoenix in which 80-plus athlete participants competed from eight LeadingAge Arizona campuses in the Phoenix Metro Area March 26.
The Fitness Challenge featured senior athletes taking part in two rounds of competition in an obstacle course, basketball bounce, one-mile walk and Wii bowling. A brain fitness table competition was also part of the Challenge. Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded to the top-scoring competitors.

Congratulations to the 80-plus athlete participants from eight LeadingAge Arizona campuses in the Phoenix Metro Area who participated today in the inaugural LeadingAge Arizona Fitness Challenge in Phoenix.
The Fitness Challenge featured senior athletes taking part in two rounds of competition in an obstacle course, basketball bounce, one-mile walk and Wii bowling. A brain fitness table competition is also part of the Challenge. Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded to the top-scoring competitors.
The event was held at the North Phoenix Baptist Church
Family Life Center in Phoenix.

Participants are getting ready for the LeadingAge Arizona Senior Fitness Challenge 2015, a friendly competition among athlete participants from LeadingAge Arizona communities.
Joannie Bailey from Beatitudes Campus, Phoenix, is one of more than 100 senior athletes from LeadingAge Arizona communities who have registered for the event. She is participating in the 1-Mile Walk and Obstacle Course in the inaugural LeadingAge Arizona Fitness Challenge for Seniors Thursday, March 26, at the Family Life Center of North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 N. Central Ave., Phoenix.
