This summer we will be resuming our services again! We have a lot of new things in the works and will be looking forward to having new exciting ensembles in the works and partnerships with future schools!

This past year for many was a year that brought difficulty whether health-wise, personally, or financially. This has been the case as well here at Bement Music Studio. This is not an easy note to write but hopefully, one that people will see.

Since 2003 and the inception of our studio in 2019; our main objective has been to help those students who have limited access to lessons and wish to pursue their education at the collegiate/ university level. We have achieved that and more. Our original founding member is now a Master's student at a University in Texas, successful appointments for students within their college bands, students touring Europe as musicians, Getting scholarships to attend school, representing their cultural/physical identities, and many becoming fabulous music educators across the nation. Whether our students have gone on to become performing artists or everyday people..They are always an extended member of our family.

Graduate assistantships (full tuition plus a stipend) are available in the KSOM, and many undergraduates receive tuition assistance.

Free optometry services for adults 18 and over! This includes glasses, exams for glaucoma, dry eye, Diabetic Retinopathy, low vision, vision services, dilated eye exams, and other general eye care. This service is only available for adults 18 and over who are on either AHCCCS or NATIVE HEALTH's Discount Fee (Level 1 or Level 2).

This program is in partnership with Midwestern University Eye Institute.

We are so excited for our students who are already working their way to college as brand new HS seniors! We have our French Horn student Aleena who as of this morning was accepted to ASU Main College and NAU Main College last week. It is becoming so real!

It's almost marching band prep time! We are so excited to be getting calls to help kids succeed this year! The playing field will be jamming in no time. Help your student prepare by getting them private lessons BEFORE band camp starts. It's great to get ahead so they get to fully experience a band camp like no other and with less stress!

Next Monday, May 16th we will be closed for a family event. Thank you for your patience. We will be back open on Tuesday the 17th!

We are so dang happy for this kiddo! While a relatively new studio member, Parker has done A LOT of impressive work! He had a very successful college audition and gained acceptance into the Music Education program at Grand Canyon University. He even received a FULL Scholarship with the potential of more on the way!
He has/will receive approximately over $3,000.00 in scholarships. We are beyond happy for Parker for working so hard the last few months to do recitals, and performances; to prep for auditions. You go Parker!

New things are hard am I right? Sometimes you just have to be brave and dive right in.
Saturday was an eventful weekend personally and spiritually.
Photo 1: our first ever vendor booth at a marching festival! We had a great time meeting everyone from the and all of the other schools. If you entered our free raffle, the winners should be receiving an email tomorrow!
Photo 2: I had the distinct honor of seeing our first studio student ever .ramir.ez , perform with a PROFESSIONAL brass ensemble. This is one of his dreams checked off of his list! So very cool.

Our studio is SO proud of all of our students who tried out for Regional Honor band this year. Whether you placed or not we are still so proud of our students who found the courage to try...in a pandemic nonetheless!

When your tuba student makes Central Regional Honor band during a global pandemic, you celebrate the heck out of it! He received triple layer chocolate cake, 1 gallon of vanilla ice cream and a bouquet of celebration balloons!!! We are so proud of him!
