We had such a great time at the Salt River Arts Festival last weekend; meeting new people and having people trying new instruments. Hello music community! I know it's been awhile. I am happy to be back! Currently enrolling students for the Fall 2025 semester. If you have a "Switcher", a newbie or just have band members who need a little encouragement I would love to assist! Please feel free to reach out.

My grandmother had a great love for music. She was a pianist and loved to sing and play her hymns.
Before dementia took her, she loved to hear the piano being played. In her memory, my family and I started a memorial fund in her honor. This fund helps students in underserved areas, have access to materials, instruments and instructors to continue their love of music post high school. Please help in anyway you can as we have a hard deadline of 5/1 for our recipients. We are goping to fund 3 students this year.

So great to see kids doing what they do best! It was so great to see the magnificent work of Jon Gomez and Jennifer Hamilton in person today. Major bucketlist items!

What a great concert run by Peoria Unified School District Band directors today. And as always...it's a great day to be in Cobra territory!

It's been a long while since I've posted here! Some things have happened but we are back open and ready for business!

To catch you up..we did some long term subbing at a great high school program to help their marching band finish their fall semester strong. We had some successes with some of our current students finishing their fall semester band concerts and we had some great opportunities presented to us for the spring!

Lessons are in full swing after the holiday let us know how we can help you on your musical journey!

It's band camp season! I am so excited. I currently have a few openings for group lessons. If you need some low brass help during camp before August, I would love to help support your section or your program. DM for scheduling. :) Stay hydrated and cool out there!

This summer we will be resuming our services again! We have a lot of new things in the works and will be looking forward to having new exciting ensembles in the works and partnerships with future schools!

This past year for many was a year that brought difficulty whether health-wise, personally, or financially. This has been the case as well here at Bement Music Studio. This is not an easy note to write but hopefully, one that people will see.

Since 2003 and the inception of our studio in 2019; our main objective has been to help those students who have limited access to lessons and wish to pursue their education at the collegiate/ university level. We have achieved that and more. Our original founding member is now a Master's student at a University in Texas, successful appointments for students within their college bands, students touring Europe as musicians, Getting scholarships to attend school, representing their cultural/physical identities, and many becoming fabulous music educators across the nation. Whether our students have gone on to become performing artists or everyday people..They are always an extended member of our family.

Graduate assistantships (full tuition plus a stipend) are available in the KSOM, and many undergraduates receive tuition assistance.
