The ones who are too afraid to believe in themselves and be absolutely delusional day in and day out

One of your greatest skills to strengthen will be to let yourself be misunderstood.

Allow yourself to receive facial expressions of down right confusion

Allow yourself to let people speak their fears onto you and the power to leave em where they stand

Allow yourself the power to hear em and smile… and not make it mean anything about you.

The people closest to you are usually the biggest “criticizers” and have no history nor experience to give such criticism.. allow yourself to learn the lesson of whom you share info with

Allow yourself to feel the “selfishness” when you bite your tongue and discuss nothing of whats going on in your world

Allow yourself to trust yourself, to walk alone until the people whom do get it come around and bring out your strengths and accountability.. instead of weaknesses and allow you to play victim with them

You know all youve done
You remember the tears youve dropped
You remember the late nights
You know the low cash times
The times when you said ‘fck it’ and moved sloppily anyways…

The times you got up and walked away from shops that broke you to your core

The times you felt it was the end and it was all for nothing…they never seen you in them times, they dk them times… they have absolutely no idea what you did to be HERE AND STAY HERE

Allow them to never understand
….. you keep going

🧠 I didnt understand how I ‘naturally was’ was the greatest impact on my business

🧨when I ran my nail business and showed up online, I naturally displayed my authority… i didnt even know it. It was like
(This is who I am… book or dont) 🤣🥴

🧠The whole time I was showing up naturally in the WAY I CARRY myself, in the values, and the vision I set for myself

🧨My business took off because I stuck to wtf I believed in, I carried myself HIGH and I was ok with saying “NO” to whomever and whatever didnt meet my expectations

The act of desperation was null

If you feel youre being mistreated, feeling low balled, cheap, attracting mofos who just dont get it and they are trying you

🧠It has nothing to do with them. It has everything to do with you and HOW YOURE CARRYING YOURSELF

What you allow
What you believe to be true

Whether you like it or not…. The standards youre operating in is the reality youre walking in…

And as always… how you content will be the standard of how they see you

🧠you built the business this far and you built it on the standards you naturally walk in … in your day to day /personal

Strengthen the foundation to a higher standard and see what happens

This goes hand in hand w/policies
As policies are boundaries for the biz

Policies/ rules/ etc.. all of it

In my last year of practicing and observation of boundaries in personal and reflecting back to when I ran biz #1….

I see where the attention needs to be put
… and its into the people pleasing / wanting to be accepted part

You give the boundaries yet you feel intimidated to stand on em… when you stand on em.. the people pleaser in you tends to creep out and wants to lower em so you can then feel accepted and still be
‘One of them’

To be liked… to be understood
To feel belonged

I knew for a fact my standards were rising
And enforcing the boundaries had me battle with myself, thinking I WAS In the wrong..

It took a hot minute to realize what was actually happening… the mental battle of standing on them, to meet the standard, to step into your new identity

Will have you sway Until your solid with WHOM YOU ARE, WHAT YOU WANT, where youre going

And if you can work on this.. THE FEAR OF PRICING SHOULD BE eliminated

I also like to say the pricing goes hand in hand with the ppl pleasing and wanted to be accepted too… is it the fear they womt pay?… the price too high? … na… the price is a rule for the business

Yet some cant enforce it and stand on it
Why?

There comes a time….

In your life/ biz when you finally surrender the hustle and desperation

Whom are you? Could you walk away today and know whom you are and be completely at bliss ? Or would the mind race because you dk what to do with yourself…

You created a business… yet you never truly gave that all … to find yourself and recreate yourself to your desires….

Its great and all and I see some coaches and mentors hyping it up of what life YOU CAN HAVE and the $$$k months….

This coach is here to tell you…. Your life should have that much meaning already
You should be able to love yourself and the spot youre in right now.. without it
….without everything

When you know whom you are… it gets no greater than that

The standards The love of your own company the desire to unveil more of you
…. Thats where its at.
