✨ I’m Published! ✨

I’m excited to share that my article on Stretch Therapy is featured in AMTA’s Massage Therapy Journal! 🙌🏾

Stretching has been such an important part of my work for years—from athletic training and massage therapy to Pilates and movement education—so being able to share that knowledge with other massage professionals through AMTA is truly special.

In the article, I talk about how intentional stretching can be used to support mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement—and why it can be such a valuable addition to the work we already do with our clients.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to continue teaching, educating, and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. 💛
