Do you sway or slide during your golf swing? If so, this a great drill to eliminate that swing flaw. Put your lead foot forward and make continuous swings rotating your hips and upper body. Feel free to reach out to me for help.

Here’s a great exercise to strengthen your golf muscles. Make sure to do both sides. Also your outside hand to the machine or attachment is on the grip, and the inside hand is on top of the other hand. You can always use an exercise band attached to something. Changing our bodies and improving our ball flight!

Make L to L swings. Start out with your feet together and start making some swings and slowly get longer and widen your feet.
