⨠You canāt pour from an empty cup.
Today is your reminder to pause, reset, and take care of you. š
Between lesson plans, responsibilities, and showing up for others every dayāitās easy to forget that your well-being matters too. But when you take care of your mind, you create space to lead, teach, and inspire even better.
Take a break.
Give yourself grace.
Do something that fills your cup.
Because a calm mind doesnāt just help youāit impacts every life you touch. š
š Whatās one thing youāre doing for yourself today?

We are proud to share that our Dean, Dr. Meredith Critchfield, recently presented at the AACTE Washington Week conference in Washington, D.C.!
Dr. Critchfield led a session on "Introduction to Advocacy," helping educator preparation leaders explore the importance of advocacy in advancing the teaching profession and shaping educational policy. Her presentation highlighted how educators can effectively engage with policymakers, share their expertise, and advocate for the needs of students, schools, and communities.
At the GCU College of Education, we believe educators have a powerful voice in shaping the future of education. We are grateful for Dr. Critchfield's leadership and her commitment to preparing and empowering educators to make a difference both inside and outside the classroom.
