The role of a school secretary is notoriously unpredictable. On any given day, you are a dispatcher, a nurse, a diplomat, and a problem-solver. To do this job well is difficult; to do it with the grace that Adilene displays is almost a superpower. From the moment she joined us, Ms. Adilene has stood out for several remarkable qualities. She is a proactive problem-solver, a fast learner, and incredibly efficient, often improving systems as she masters them. Ms. Adilene, your 'can-do' attitude and your genuine heart are a vital part of our success. You help make this school a better place!

We are proud to recognize an educator who truly embodies partnership in the classroom: Ms. Luella Sullivan. As the Resource Teacher for Preschool through 2nd Grade, she supports one of the most critical stages of student development with patience, expertise, and thoughtful strategy. What sets Ms. Sullivan apart is her deeply collaborative approach, working closely with teachers and families to analyze data and create individualized paths for student success. Because of her insight, instruction is more targeted, differentiation is meaningful, and the connection between intervention and the classroom is seamless. Ms. Sullivan makes Madison Heights a stronger place for every student she serves.

🎶 ¡Bienvenidos! Step into a day in our Spanish kindergarten classroom at Madison Heights Elementary School, where little learners grow their language skills through songs, play, and joyful exploration! ✨

The Spanish Immersion program at Madison Heights immerses students into the Spanish language through a 50/50 model where half of the academic content - science and social studies - is learned in Spanish. Students also learn about different Spanish speaking countries and their traditions and culture as part of the immersion program.
