🚒 Show Some Love to Our Firefighters!
Firefighters will visit our school to present to our 5th graders, and we would love to welcome them with a collection of healthy snacks for their firehouse! Students can bring in individually packaged, healthy snacks to donate and help us say THANK YOU to these everyday heroes.

We’d like to recognize Dolores Saldana, Paraprofessional at Madison Meadows Middle School, for receiving the Shining Star Award! 🌟

Dolores has spent her entire career as a special education paraprofessional, working in our multiple disabilities classroom, where she brings patience, consistency, and a sense of humor that can brighten even the wildest school day. She supports students as they practice math and reading, works with manipulatives to help them make connections, and guides them in building daily living skills that help them grow more independent. Outside of her classroom role, Dolores serves on our Madison Meadows Site Council, offering her insight, experience, and genuine care for our community and she participates in our chapter of Best Buddies which brings general ed and special ed students together for authentic learning. And as if all that weren’t enough, Dolores typically works on campus during the summer as a custodian, preparing every space for a fresh start in August.

Dolores supports our students, strengthens our programs, and brightens all of our days with her humor and her heart. Congratulations, Dolores! 🎉

We’d like to recognize Dawn Gorman, Paraprofessional at Madison Meadows Middle School for receiving the Shining Star Award!🌟

Dawn is currently in her second year with us, but she didn’t just appear out of thin air like a supernova. She actually joined us after retiring as a middle school teacher. She decided to bring her seasoned expertise back into the trenches as a one-to-one paraeducator. Because she’s a veteran of middle school mayhem, she has the unique ability to support her specific student with incredible skill, while simultaneously keeping an expert eye on the rest of the classroom.What makes Dawn a true Shining Star, however, is that her light doesn't just stay in one classroom; it radiates across the entire school. She is the ultimate team player, and we honestly aren't sure if she has figured out how to say the word "no" yet. Dawn, you have a rare gift for making hard jobs look easy and the most chaotic mornings feel manageable. We couldn't have asked for a brighter light to join our constellation.

Congratulations to Madison Meadows for being recognized by Best Buddies as the Top School Fundraising Team for the 2026 Best Buddies Friendship Walk! 🏆🎉

The Best Buddies chapter at Madison Meadows Middle School fosters one-to-one friendships and creates inclusive activities for students with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. Out of nearly 50 participating schools, Madison Meadows has earned the distinction of being the top fundraising school for the past several years. What an incredible achievement!

A special thank-you to our Special Education Teacher, Lauren Robuck, and our NJHS teachers, Elizabeth Cohen and Megan Tracy, for their dedication and hard work in making a meaningful difference in our school and community. 🙌

Great first day of Walkthrough Registration! Thank you NJHS students, teachers, staff and admin for all your help! We had over 480 students/families come through! There's another opportunity to visit Meadows tomorrow, Thursday, from 7am-11am!
