Expanding the “Path Builders” team with a little AI. 🤖✨

It’s Tech & Tools Wednesday at Mission 2 Transition, and today I’m officially introducing myself to Claude. 💻

As an “Old Soul,” I’ll always love my pen and paper, but as a a education leader and entrepreneur, I know that staying ahead of the curve means mastering the tools that help us work smarter. I’m testing out how Claude can help me streamline our curriculum production and keep the vision moving forward.
One thing I’ve learned: The tech is only as good as the vision behind it. 💡

❓The Question:
Are you Team Claude, Team ChatGPT, or Team “I’m still sticking to my notebook”? Let’s talk tech in the comments! 👇

Strategy, Spreadsheets, and Student Success. 💻📈✨

It’s a blend of "Tech Wednesday" and "Finance Thursday" here at Mission 2 Transition™️! 🛠️💰

I’m spending the day in LivePlan, doing the heavy lifting of market research. Before we print a single page of our new series, I want to make sure we are creating the EXACT solution educators and students need for career literacy.

It’s not just about making a beautiful workbook; it’s about making a difference that is backed by data. 🌎💡

Building a national brand takes a lot of "behind-the-scenes" math, but every hour spent in these spreadsheets is an hour spent ensuring our students have the best tools possible.

Tell me: Are you a "vision" person or a "data" person?

I’m learning to be both! 🙋‍♀️📊

5 minutes, a sharp pen, and a dose of encouragement. ✍️✨

I’m starting this week off with a win! 🏆 I challenged myself to move through today’s word search in order, and I finished in 5 minutes flat.

I won’t be dishonest, some days these puzzles take much longer, and the discouragement is real.

But today?

Today I felt like God gave me exactly what I needed to step into CEO Monday with confidence. 📖🙏

This is my version of a "Spiritual Breakfast." It keeps my mind sharp and reminds me that I am capable of finding the right pieces, even when the "puzzle" of scaling a business gets complex.

Mind fed. Vision set. Let’s grow. 🚀
Question: How are you fueling your mind before you start your "to-do" list today? 👇

New tools, same mission. 💻✍️✨

It’s Tech Wednesday! 🛠️ I’m spending the morning moving my brain from my trusty glass to-do list into my new digital planner.

If you know me, you know I’m an old soul who loves pen and paper, but to grow Mission 2 Transition into a national brand, I need systems that can travel with me. 🌎

I’m still in the ‘learning phase’ with this planner (if you see me clicking random buttons, mind your business! 😂), but I’m doing my best to get it integrated. Growth is uncomfortable, even when it’s just a new app.

Tell me: Are you a digital planner person, or do you need to physically cross things off a list to feel alive? 🙋‍♀️

Feet up. Vision focused. ❤️✍️
Today’s CEO Monday looks a little different. I’m following doctor’s orders to get my blood pressure in check, which means I’m working from the couch today.
But here’s the thing: The vision is clearer than ever. 🌪️✨

I’m spending today working with my SBDC coach to finalize our shift into a curriculum and product-based business. I’m tabbing through our life plan and writing out the vision so clearly that my team of Path Builders can run with it.

I’m learning that "hustle" doesn't always mean "health." To be the leader my students and educators need, I have to be a healthy one.

Tell me: How ado you protect your peace and your health on Mondays? 👇

From morning word searches to a national mission. ☕️🧩

I’m a puzzle lover through and through. Whether it’s a biblical word search to start my day or an activity book with my 1st grader, I am constantly inspired by the "aha!" moment of finding a hidden word.

That "aha!" moment is exactly what I want for every student using our workbooks. 💡

The Discover Your Path series was born when I decided to marry my love for puzzles with my 10+ years of school counseling. We’re helping students take the "hidden letters" of their skills and interests and turn them into a clear career path.

It’s about making the search for your future as engaging as a morning puzzle.

LMK: Are you a puzzle person? Crosswords, word searches, or a 1,000-piece jigsaw—what’s your go-to? 👇

Backpacks, binders, and toddler shoes. This is what building a legacy looks like. 👟🎒✨

Today’s “office” looks a little different. Between packing my gear and getting Shiloh out the door, we headed into a massive strategy session with the Path Builders team.

The biggest takeaway from today?

Stay in your lane. 🛣️

I’ve learned that my greatest contribution to our educators and students isn’t doing everything, it’s bringing together the best people to do what they do best. By outsourcing the specialists, we are making sure Mission 2 Transition is the most comprehensive career literacy tool on the market.

Because every student deserves access to a life of health, wealth, and professional success. 🌎❤️

Question for the busy pros: What’s one thing you’ve “outsourced” recently that gave you your time back?

Let’s share some tips! 👇

Tactile quality in a digital-first world. ✍️🏗️

I’m currently binding the physical manuscripts for the Mission 2 Transition team meeting.

Why a physical binder?

Because the user experience of a student matters just as much as the content itself.

I’m a firm believer that to understand the "flow" of a curriculum, you have to feel the pages turn. It’s how we ensure that our 4-unit framework transitions smoothly from one grading period to the next.

Old soul?

Maybe. But these hand-bound drafts are the blueprint for the #1 career exploration company in the Southwest.

Educators: We are finalizing the flow for Fall 2026.

From a solo mission to a team of "Path Builders." 🏗️✨

The last three weeks have been a whirlwind of hiring, contracting, and expanding. Mission 2 Transition™️ is no longer a one-woman show, it is officially a powerhouse of curriculum designers, illustrators, and counseling experts.

Today is about getting my "organized chaos" into the hands of the experts who will help scale this vision. We are streamlining our brand guides and educator toolkits to ensure that every school we partner with gets a world-class experience.

Our goal is clear: To be the leading career exploration company in the Southwest, and soon, the nation. 🌎

To my fellow educators & admins: We are officially preparing for Fall 2026 bulk partnerships. We’ve done the heavy lifting so your team doesn't have to.
